Form and Function collection

 The Form and Function collection builds a bridge connecting art in craft with an artisan collection of stone pieces inspired by the form and function of naturally occurring phenomena offered by nature. Marble plates shaped like moons, black pools carved into raw chunks of Belgian Black stone, river basins inform bowl shaped vessels designed to collect everyday items, the Crucible series highlights the translucent luminosity of Altissimo’s renowned statuario marble in every Cup of Light. Each piece is unique, carefully carved and crafted by hand. The pieces are sealed with a food safe water based sealant protecting the marble from stains.

Commissions and customized works including hand lettering and bas-relief are welcomed.
